Kung Fu Haarlem-Amsterdam respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data do we process?

When you fill in the trial form we process your name, email address, phone number, preferred location and class, the participant’s age and any message you add.

What do we use it for?

Only to contact you about your trial classes and answer your questions. We never sell your data and won’t send you a newsletter without your consent.

How long do we keep it?

No longer than necessary. If you don’t become a member, we delete your request within 12 months at the latest.

Who processes your data?

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you send the trial form, our website turns your request into an email to our own address via Cloudflare and sends you a confirmation. Both emails go through our email provider Mijndomein. Cloudflare also processes technical data such as your IP address to keep the site secure and working. Both only process this data on our behalf.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Google Maps only loads when you click it; at that point Google’s privacy terms apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Email info@kungfuhaarlem.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
